We'll figure out what exactly holds you back from your potential, and more importantly, how to overcome that.
It could come in the form of thoughts ("I can't do this", "I'm not good enough", "I don't deserve to be here"), or emotions (fear, anxiety, pessimism), or even physical sensations (nerves, lethargy, butterflies).
You have to put in some work, and get a little uncomfortable if you want to see changes. You'll also have to read for less than 5 minutes a day. That's all. This is entirely free.
